Lucky you Alexander. Alas, I am bit too far away…
I was just going to write that Alexander has mentioned a number of times that he’s gone to the Castro Theatre with his father to see a number of great classic films, but no sooner do I prepare to blog then I see he has beat me to the punch! Ha!
I expect Alexander will have some fruitful and exhaustive reports and I join with the other film noir fans in reading about this fantastic festival.
There are so many great films here–I would imagine ACE IN THE HOLE may be the “ace” of them all, but there’s so many. My colleague Allan Fish just reviewed ALIAS NICK BEAL, a tough film to come by at WitD.
