First time independent director, Rian Johnson, shot the neo-noir Brick after raising $500,000 from friends and relatives, and went on to receive the Special Jury Prize at Sundance. IMDB Rating 7.7/10. The DVD, which features a tighter re-edited version of the movie is now available.
