		<description>Not only do we have a fantastic overview of noir here, but we also have some insightful reviews of essential works in world cinema, most recently REPAST, a film I deeply revere, by Naruse, also one of my all-time favorites Bresson&#039;s DIARY OF A COUNTRY PRIEST and Ozu&#039;s EARLY SUMMER, among others.  I agree with Allan, that Stevenson&#039;s writing is outstanding, and there&#039;s always room for this kind of further enrichment.  I will be sure to bookmark this.</description>
